SPM Facilities Management (SPM) is a specialist building and facility management service, managing a broad portfolio of residential buildings. SPM has developed a sophisticated & intuitive management team to reinforce the commitment to our clients.
Our Story
SPM Facilities Management (SPM) is a Sydney based, boutique specialist building and facility management service, managing a broad portfolio of residential buildings. We were established in 1998 and currently manage 19 buildings and over 950 apartments across our sites. within over 4000 residents across our sites.
Our History
SPM evolved from the Addenbrooke group of companies with key personnel of SPM being responsible for the completion of high end residential complexes within the Sydney CBD, including Observatory Tower in Kent Street, The Excelsior in Surry Hills the Goldsborough Mort refurbishment in Pyrmont and the Rex Apartments in Potts Point. SPM were appointed as a facilities management company to Sydney Park Village in 1998 following the completion of the first stage (4 buildings, 156 apartments) of a six stage 17 building, 810 apartment complex in Erskineville. SPM has continued in this role for 20 years as well as managing Catalinas’ in Queenscliff on the Northern beaches since 2002.
